2002 Subaru Outback serpentine belt installation or adjusti

My serpentine belt has come off. How do I reinstall the belt.

Install the belt accordingly leaving the last part to be installed at B = Belt tension adjuster. Use appropriate spanner to turn the adjuster, ( it is spring loaded and you need to turn against the spring) to gain sufficient clearance to install the last part. Replace the belt if the automatic tensioner indicator is out of range.
