2002 Subaru Outback

I have no power to my sunroof and brake lights on rear door are very dim. I also have no dash or instrument lights. Fused are fine, where should i begin looking?

I had "power" problems before my alternator went. It progressively got worse and worse til the car just died- after the alternator was changed it worked fine. Just a option...
