I recently replaced my front left wheel bearing & after a month I noticed alot of road noise & the car has been shaking on the highway. Would I be correct in assuming the shaking is due to lack of alignment & wheel balance?

The clicking/thumping noise I fear is the axle CV joint. I found a website that has Subaru Axle assemblies for $55--$85 bucks. Will I need to get one or two for my front end? How much could this repair run me if it's both axles?

Thanks so much

you will need one per side.

i would suspect possible issue with the bearing because you replaced it, could have been over or undergreased, also if the races or bearing was installed properly it coudl go out again.

check for play by jacking up the vehicle and wiggling the tire, if play is noted at the wheel and not the balljoints or tie rods expect bad wheel bearing.
