this car have loud noise and less power.I take two head off,find 1# piston can't come to TDC ,away from about 2.0 mm,and when turn crankshaft,the piston no move with it immediately.Do I need disassembly cylinder block more?how can I do now?

It probably jump time -verify the valve timing could be a problem with the T/Belt
