Periodically the clutch pedal only returns half way. I just had the clutch replaced, took it back twice, the shop assured me that they bled it again. I had leaky master cylinders before and they did not act like this. Pumping the clutch doesn't seem to matter and the problem comes and goes

It sounds like it's just out of adjustment. If they can't adjust it then take it to someone who can
