2001 Other Subaru Models Subaru B4

I have a twin turbo Subaru B4 2001 the problem that I'm having is when I start my car throughout the day it feels as if my spark plugs are bad today when going up a hill it started jerking as if it didn't want to pull up the hill also some mornings when I go to work when I start going it bogs out and barely moves after about five to ten minutes it's starts to come back to life it's like it has to heat up for it to respond
