Hi there,
Water is a normal by product of combustion. It will be evident when the engine, cat and exhaust is cold Water vapor in the exhaust will condense back to liquid while the exhaust is cool. When up to operating temp this vapor is not visible, If water or steam is evident with the car at normal temp check for coolant loss and if so, check for a head problem.
