1988 Other Subaru Models Wont push in Neutral

1988 Other Subaru Models Manual 153000 miles

I was driving and my car started making a noise, I noticed the brakes not working well. I pulled over and stopped the car. The car runs fine but will not go or push even in neutral.
The car is a 1988 Subaru Justy V3 with push button 4 wheel drive.

Any advice would be great.

Have you checked the brakes? It sounds like something may have come apart with the rear drums. Check them and let me know what you find.
