Did right cylinder head job and replaced blown head gasket. Aligned timing according to alignment marks. engine starts but shakes and stalls. Checked exhaust and replaced exhaust to head gaskets but right side pipe has a large rust hole in it. Can this cause the shake or should i look for something else? Also will that cause engine to stall?

Hi fborges59,

Exhaust leakages should not cause stalling and misfirings.

I would suggest rechecking the timing belt installation and get a compresison test done to confirm they are up to specs.

Check the firing order as well.
