2001 Subaru Legacy gas smell

I have a 2001 subaru legacy gt sadan,on cold days(20 degrees or lower)when I start the car I smell gas after the car warms up to normal oparating temp the smell goes away,I have looked under the hood and can not find any leeks but I can defently smell gas. I have taken it to my local macanic 2 times and he replaced a hose that he sead is a common reson for the leek and it was fine for two week but the outside temp was above 20 degrees.yesterday it droped to 8 degrees and agan I smelled gas until it wared up.can you help me?
