2000 Subaru Legacy vibration in steering wheel

I have had a continual vibration in my steering wheel while driving at any speed. I have new tires, had the rack replaced and the alingment done. It still shakes.

Hi there,

Check balance (there machine may have been out of calibration) Tie rod ends, wheel bearings, buckled rim.
