2000 Subaru Legacy smoke & smell

After driving my car for about 20 to 30 minutes when I come to a stop the car will smell horrible like burning rubber. It will also have some light smoke comming from under the hood. The check enging light is also on. Took it to one mechanic, they said it was the oxygen censor. Took it to another, they said the code read cadalic converter. What is your opinion?

Inspect all your drive belts and for oil leakage hitting on the exhaust manifold and the transmission. The check engine light you need to have the OBD2 read out and comeback with the code/s
