Drive Train Axles Bearings problem
1999 Subaru Legacy 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Manual

I'm getting a thump thump and it feels like the front wheels are scuffing when I make a tight left or right turn.
This has been going on for a while and started after I
got new tires .

Since the problem started after replacement of the tires, you should check them out first.
