Can you help me to open/remove the front directional housing so that I might change the bulb...It currently works in a limited fashion. When I don't have the Headlights on it flashes quickly.

Under the hood where the hood and fender meet there is a screw. Remove the screw and pull the turn signal housing forward. Once out you will have access to the bulb socket. turn it counter clockwise and the bulb will come out with the bulb socket. Install new bulb. position the housing to the positon it was and reinstall screw.
