1999 Subaru Legacy air controls

i drive a subaru legacy gt limited. the rare one. lol. my air controls stopped working. a/c compressor kicks on, heat warms up but no air comes out and none of the 4 air speeds work. all the fuses are fine and relays... what do i do?

Hi 99BLKGT,

Give the blower some knocks to see if you can start it up, replace motor f it works. Test for power suply to motor and test if it works if battery voltage is applied.
