1998 Subaru Legacy Keep blowing 30A fusible link

For some reason my subaru keeps blowing the 30A fusible link that controls my fans and makes my car die and not start again. What could be causing this??

Process of an elimination
start by disconnecting the fan and if that solve the blowing fuse issue then the fan motor no good
replace it
