Engine light and code P0261?

Hi, my engine codes were P0261, P0264, P0267, P0270. I believe these are low circuit codes for all 4 cylinders. What should I try to fix this problem? At first it was the misfire codes, now the low circuit codes. I have replaced the spark plugs, wires, and coil already. I have also tried fuel injector cleaners.

Since you have multiple codes, I suspect you have a connector from the PCM to the injector harness that is not fully seated or it is a PCM issue.

I am attaching below the process from the manual on how to check one of these injectors. Please run through all this testing and let us know what you find.
