1997 Subaru Legacy Rough Idle

My vehicle has rough idle, found cylinder #1 injector has no pulse at idle have to increase rpm to get pulse, all other cylinders pulse at idle, no broken wires. Can you help?

i also have the same problem , mine is a 1990 legacy.
i cant find the problem.have u found urs?
if so , can u tell me what the problem was?
