1996 Subaru Legacy no spark

My car stalled while running, and now it has no spark. I changed the coil pack and the ecm. I also noticed when i turn the key to start it all the lights come on and go off like normal except the check engine light. It doesn't come at all anymore.

check all the fuses and fusible links relays check eng light not on because computer is not on.
