1995 Subaru Legacy Blowing spark plug wire off when applyin

Just did an LOF, and now the left front spark plug wire is getting blown off of the plug when applying power to go up a hill or over 55 mph. No other symptoms noted. Is this a major rebuild time?

Sparkplug torque it down to specs and make sure the wire boot connection is tight and seated right
