1994 Subaru Legacy 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

i'm about to remove and replace a automatic tranny in a 94 subaru legacy, never done a subaru, any warnings or special procedures i should know about?..
i have pulled american trannys. any help would be appreciated..T
