when driving I can HEAR the "rotation" of the driver side
wheel. Almost sounds like the tire is scraping against something, but it is not. Had the brakes done, had the wheels balanced and rotated. Is this something to do with the suspension, axel, or CV boot (whatever it is called)?
How expensive to fix?
