1993 Subaru Legacy No power AT ALL!

Car was dead one morning, would not start with a jump or battery charger, Replaced battery, now I have no power at all, not even a dash light. There is 12.6 to the starter, all the big fuses look good. Cleaned all the grounds, the circuit from battery to fuses is good. What next?
