1993 Subaru Legacy iF YOU SMELL A STRONG GAS SMELL?

I just bought the car and it runs great but every once in a while I will smell a strong gas smell it goes all through my car. Where could this be at and why? Is it possibly a fuel injection problem, is that expensive to fix?

Hi there, i would get your mechanic to inspect the fuel tank venting system, this would be more prone when the tank was full, also check the filler cap seal as well.
