1993 Subaru Legacy 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

I have 1993 subaru legacy with a 2.2 that I can not get to start. I have replaced fuel pump fuel pressure regulator and fuel filter. I have also replaced the mass air flow sensor and throttle sensor. both coils are good at it's getting plenty of spark. When I try to start it it acts like it wants to start it even pops ocasionally. Any sugestions other than it jumping time

Hi there, check injection pulse and fuel rail pressure, also run a scan to check for any set fault codes start here.
