1990 Subaru Legacy Cooling fans

My cooling fans are not turning or kicking on. Is it the fans themselves the problem or is it the cooling switch or the cooling control.

Check your fuses if this checks out you may want to replace your cooling fan relay but before you do that trace the wires that run to the cooling fan for open or short circuits, if none of this fixes the problem post back and I will help you with this problem
