2009 Subaru Impreza Tire Bubbles

2009 Subaru Impreza All Wheel Drive Automatic 10,500 miles

I have bubbles in both my front and back right tire. I thought it could be due to pothole wear and tear, however I took a closer look and noticed that both bubbles are in identical locations on each tire right by the seam on the tire. I thought it was strange that the coincidentally happened in the same place and could actually be a defect. What are the chances of that.

I say it is a defect, the belts where probably faulty to begin with, I hope you got a warranty
