I have had problems starting my car in the mornings. The battery and alternator both tested bad so I replaced both. The problem continued so I took my car to be diagnosed at a local machanic. He says it is the fuel pump module and it could use a new fuel filter. I just want a 2nd opinion before I put more money into it (times are tough!) Also, I feel the car "pulling" when I go uphill or excellerate. Are these all the correct symptoms of the diagnosis? What would cause a fuel pump module to have problems? Thank you!!!

The only way to tell if the fuel pump is good is to perform a fuel pressure test with and w/o the pressure regulator
