Electrical problem All Wheel Drive Automatic 198000 miles

Subaru manual has locations for two fuse locations. At the auto parts store the store manager looked up under the dash, steering column ect. We looked at the box under the hood. Nothing marked for the flasher relay, only a tiny fuse which I checked (car has about 25 to 30) but no flasher relay located. I have head lights but no turn signal or emergency lights. Its a recently purchased car and yup im a girl but with enough knowledge to be able to take care of most things (thanks to US ARMY service when I was younger) this has me confused because I read the manual cover to cover, froze my butt off in front of the auto parts store, got covered in grease in my good office clothes AND missed an important VFW meeting tonight much less researching where this part must be. Help.

Hello,

Here is the location of the turn signal flasher under the dash which is the hazard module as well.

Turn and Hazard Module (B32)

Check out the diagrams (Below)

Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Cheers, Ken
