I need to replace the Air Flow Meter (Sensor). Do you know where I can find a photograph that shows me what the part looks like and where on the engine it is located.

i can tell you where its located, it is located in the air cleaner hoses leading to the throttle body from the air cleaner box. look for a module or wires going to the hoses or air cleaner box.
