I attached the procedure with specs for you for the adjustment. Make sure you follow the procedure or you may do valve damage.

Make sure both valves are closed when you adjust them. Use a feeler gauge to check the clearance. If it needs to be addressed, loosen the lock nut and move the adjuster up and down until you fell a nice drag on the feeler gauge and there is no wobble on the feeler gauge.
Do this to all the valves. Then torque the lock nut to 22 foot pounds.
