i just changed my battery to a new one

NOW the "park "and tail lights do a blink when the engine is off or on for that matter.

there is supposed to be a RESET button under the
dash on the driverside.
i found this black button pressed it no luck .....whAT DO I DO to stop this

Couldn't find a reset button-looked all over -try checking the tail/illumination relay in the fuse/relay box in left side of engine compartment could be sticking.

ok you have a aftermarket alarm. with the key off push and hold the black button then turn key on this should fix it. let me know if you have any more problems

Or for factory alarm, try locking and unlocking the drives door with the key
