hi hope someone can help I have just had an engine rebuild with v9 crank and maul pistons and rods. Put engine back in car this week and it seems to have a missfire on cylinder 3, I have replaced coil pack and injector and still the same im stuck now please help

Hi all1971,

Check the compression, is it equal or almost equal with the rest?

If the valve lifters are hydraulic, you need to release the pressure to allow the valves to sit fully with enough clearance.

Check the valve clearances if non hydraulic lifters.

Check for vacumn leakage on manifold for No 3 cylinder.
