WHEN I START MY CAR IMMEDIATELY THE ABS SIGN IS ALIGHT AND I HAVE ALSO NOTICED THE HORN DOES NOT GO COULD THEY BE INTERFERING WITH ONE ANOTHER? HOW CAN I RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM SO I CAN PASS A WOF.

Very doubtful.....more like 2 problems.

Need to see if the fuse is good for the horn. If so the next easiest thing is to see if power is getting to the horn itself.

BTW...whats a WOF?
