After roughly 3-5 minutes of driving the A/C goes warm. In the initial few minutes it's as cold as you set it. Any ideas or common items to look at??

Yes, the blend doors work great.
I can go from full hot to cold or cold to hot and the temp changes as I turn the knob.
I was thinking maybe an evaporator temp sensor or low freon but I will evacuate and re-charge again just to make sure on the freon level.
Ohhhh, it's a 2001 not a 1998 as stated.
