Have to replace the ignition assembly and the one I have is labeled AS-52 (I'm guessing that is the shape). Can I grab any AS-52 ignition assembly or will only the exact one for my car work? The one I'm looking to buy comes from a Subaru Impreza.

The wreckers I'm buying it from says they all work with each other but everyone says different things.

It's worth noting
-Not dealing with any immobilizers
-My car is the GT5 2007

Hi,

It should work if it has the same part number. What I would recommend is to take your lock cylinder with you and see if they are the same. If it has the same number on it, it should be the same.

Let me know if I can help in any way.

Take care and a God bless,

Joe
