Just had my car serviced and had new brake pads installed. Mechanic told me I will find that the car is shaking when applying the brkes but that may go away if not bring the car back in. That sound strange to me!
The car really shakes when I apply the brakes and I have arrange for the car to go back in to the shop.
Why is it shaking?
Quite scary actually!
Thanks
Anna

I would say that when the wheels were put back on, the lugs nuts were not tightened to spec with a torque wrench. I'm willing to say that the lug nuts were hammered on by an impact, therefore warping the brake rotors after they were heated up by just using the brakes. This issue will not go away. Have them fix it right at their cost not yours. You already paid them once.
