My 2l Subaru Turbo started hesitating and had less poer than previous -This has got steadily worse. I have changed the Plugs but to no avail. Fulel consumption heavy but suprizingly little or no fuel residue in exhaust. Ay ideas

Has the check engine light come on? Have you checked for vacuum leaks?
