1999 Subaru Forester lack power on acceleration

My car on acceleration has no power, it does get up to speed but slowly. I replaced wires, plugs, and fuel filter and clean the throttle body. Still no help. I have no check engine light on. 1999 subaru forester.

I would start by checking the fuel pressure. Put the gauge on it and run it to the windsheild and monitor it while driving.
