1998 Subaru Forester

I have a 98 subaru forester awd and my car dont wanna go in gear. Although the slave cylinder is good and my clutch is fine but my clutch pedal is loose what can it be?

Hi there,

sounds as if you do have air in the system, bleed the clutch and see how that works, if you get a good pedal, there will be a leak in the system.

I bled the clutch and now the clutch pedal had gotten stuck and when I looked at the slave cylinder it was sticking out. Now what do I do and what could it be. I mean, I had a problem quite similar to this with a Mitsubishi mirage 91 and end result was a slave cylinder but this is a little different.
