Stuck in neutral?

Occasionally I am unable to change gear. It happens randomly when trying to change up or down, it will get stuck in neutral. To change gear, I then have to turn the car off and on again, which fixes it. The gear change feels smooth when this does not happen.

The first thing I would do is run the codes; can I ask if this car has paddle shifters?

I am thinking you may have a clutch control solenoid that is not working but the code read should help us. Check out the images (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.
