Check gauges light on, scan tool says PCM not exist, will not start?

Motor swap 2 months ago, the truck has run fine, stopped got fuel today drove 20 minutes stopped to eat. Came out truck cranks but no start. Check gauges light on. Scan tool says PCM not exist. No power to fuel pump. Changed the CPS, fuel pump relay, exhaust pressure sensor. Checked the grounds I could find. Unhooked the batteries. Still stranded beside the road. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I would recheck the ground connection of the PCM to the engine. Then, check all of the fuses, this guide can help:

If all fuses are okay let's check for power and ground at the PCM, you may have a TIPM that has gone out which is common, here is a guide to help and I have included the PCM wiring diagrams so you can see which wires to test for power and ground. Here are the fuse locations as well. They don't list a 6.7-liter v12 engine turbo?

Test the fuses with the key on. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
