Good morning,
I attached a wiring diagram for you to view.
Since you have the light displays, I would check the motor on the transfer case for power when you command 2 wheel drive to see if power is being sent to the motor to move. It may be as simple as the motor on the transfer case.
Check all the fuses in the diagram as well.
