Stuck in 4 lo?

My vehicle is stuck in 4 low, the indicator light stays solid on my 3-button dashboard switch. When I am in park I switch to neutral and push 2 hi the 4lo light stays solid and the 2hi light blinks for a couple seconds then shuts off. I hear the box clicking I've backed up went forward pulled the switch and had it checked out if back in disconnected vacuum hose lines jacked up right side to check it that way, I am losing hundreds of dollars because of this, help!

The first thing we need to do is check the fuses.

I've tried everything to get my blazer out of four-wheel drive low it will not disengage I was curious if I disconnect the under battery tray actuator if it'll take me out of four-wheel drive low also I was hoping you could tell me exactly how I take off the encoder motor pull the spline and turn it counterclockwise back into two wheel drive it's been months my vehicle has been sitting in one spot I've been sleeping in it because of it please help me
