Stuck Ignition & steering wheel

The steering wheel is locked and my key wont turn. been turning the wheel and key same time for hours ,used vibration , lubricant ,3 original keys and still nothing. I do hear a click sometimes in the steering wheel when trying to unlock but its still not turning.

The ignition tumbler sounds like it is worn out, in this case the only fix is to replace it

Should I just replace the Tumbler or the whole compartment ?

I think they sell the whole unit as one please let me know what you find.
