stuck ignition lock

broken piece of a drill inside ignition lock that prevents me from moving it to accessory position to change the lock.

Hello,

Unfortunately if you cannot get the piece of the dill out (somehow) may be use a pick tool, you won't be able to take off the lock cylinder in this method. You might have to take apart the trims about the steering wheel and try to access it from the back.

Can you see the broken piece of the drill that is stuck? If it moves around may be you can use a pick tool or a string magnet to see if it moves.
But you are limited with what you can do without taking apart the trims and possibly the pieces that the lock cylinder goes into.
