Stuck Bolt in crank shaft pulley

Have tried and tried for weeks to get the bolt off but still am having no luck! Any ideas?

Are you using an impact air gun or trying to remove by hand? If you are removing it by hand, I attached below the instructions needed to remove it. You will need to use a holding tool of some sort just to hold it in place when trying to take it out.

If you are using an impact gun then make sure you are using a 1/2 inch tool because 3/8 or 1/4 is probably not strong enough.
