Where is the shift interlock Solenoid located?

How do I remove and replace it? The car listed above is an LS model.

The shift interlock solenoid is down by the shifter near the shift gate. Check out the diagrams below to see what I am talking about. Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
