Struggling with engine start up

I had a d4bb engine block previous in and now I put a d4bh engine block in. Are the setting and everything stays the same as previous.

Welcome to 2CarPros. Those engines use different control modules and throttle controls that are not directly interchangeable without changing over most of the engine control parts to match the turbo engine.
