Structural Damage noted on CarFax

Carfax noted structural damage. Truck drives fine, but would be wife's daily driver. Cannot validate damage noted and dealer will not discount price. Also would be wife's daily driver and wondering about long term safety.

The best thing to do would be to have a technician from a shop not affiliated with this dealer inspect it. It could have frame issues that are not apparent by just looking at it.

I second BMDoubles recommendation.
Specifically I would visit a body shop and have them look for the damage. It could be as simple as a front frame horn that was bent or it could be the entire frame was twisted. Both can be repaired and not cause an issue but the repair must be done properly.
Type the VIN in online and see if you can determine the extent of the damage there, it's amazing what turns up.
